coffee is fine. service is extremely poor. not only did the waitress ordered the wrong drink, when asked to change, she displayed extremely horrible attitude by questioning us with a loud 'har?'. bemused. even if she wasnt prepared to apologise , shouldnt her at least show us she was willing to change the drink? ok, granted. she did give us the correct drink later on but her attitude towards customers had already pushed the meaning of bad service to a whole new level. unbeknownst to me at that time, our experience of bad service at this cafe did not end there. after finishing our drinks, we asked for the bill and this waitress simply responded with a number while her eyes were looking elsewhere which was just so rude. knowing it would be the last time we visit this place, i casually looked into the shop via the window and was met with the gaze of the same waitress. i wasnt really looking intentionally so at first i did not pay attention to whether she was looking intentionally or not but after half a second, i realised she was looking at me with a gaze loaded with resentment and hatred. i was horrified. i don't think i have ever been looked at in such a rude way before and certainly not by someone who had just taken money for the bad service she provided a minute ago. all we did was requesting the correct drink be given to us and we did not even blame her for not taking the order correctly so it is totally unacceptable that we were being given such bad service. …查看更多
