I have visited their previous pantry at a kwun tong industrial building and fell in love with their food. This new place has even better vibe, decor, and menu than before!!😍 The apple pasta (you can request to add grilled chicken steak - highly recommend as its really tender) and breakfast were unique and amazing. Their sauces and combinations of ingredients are not the ones that you will normally find in other restaurants. Peanut butter latte was yummy and rich, too. Popinjays is one of the best restaurants and hangout spots in Hong Kong. It's situated on the top floor of the Murray Hotel, boasting a stunning panoramic view of the cityscape and a glimpse of the sea. The decor is vibrant, stylish, and luxurious.My family and I had the tasting menu, and it exceeded our expectations in terms of both quality and value for money. We particularly savored the lobster raviolo, cod, and wagyu dishes. All the waiters and waitresses went above and beyond to ensure that we had a delightful experience. Small homely shop with friendly service! Very fresh dipping sauce and ingredients for the lamen. They add chicken stock to your sauce so you can drink it in the end. There is original, spicy and a special favour every day. I tried the mushroom one and it’s nice. Highly recommend! …查看更多

We are very impressed with the lunch items we ordered from this restaurant on deliveroo. The beef noodle has an aromatic and flavorful soup with good amount of meat. Fried Chicken bento was satisfying as it’s served with the minced pork rice and some vegetables. The dessert of taro and sweet potato ball was of great portion too. Decided to give this resto a try after looking at openrice reviews. Tried their tomato and egg noodles - soup was quite nice, but the eggs were overcooked, while mushroom were flavourless. Also added $32 for veg in broth on top of set price - very disappointing broth... again not much taste in the veg and mushroom at all. The dessert I wanted was sold out as well. We ordered two of their recommended drinks with the nutty cream 奶蓋- we both especially like the green tea (四季春）with nutty cream on top and black sugar jelly. The staff was friendly and reminded me that the tea could burn my tongue (as I ordered a hot one). We stumbled upon this little shop that reminded us of similar ones we saw in Japan. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They recommended us to try their special 招牌 steak, and it was indeed a great deal! The other steak we got was sirloin, which was as good but more expensive. My second time to this restaurant for lunch. Open environment with nice marble tables. There are several options for lunch set - the two times I had them they both taste good the truffle pasta was yummy and of good portion. Rather impressed with the measures they have in place now (COVID-19). My colleagues quite like this restaurant for its big and scrumptious lunch sets. Each set came with soup, salad, a small croissant, a rather big main and a drink. It’s not cheap but it’s worthy, especially the burger sets which are gigantic. All the appetizers are nice. Mains are high average. Preferred the non-pasta options. Highlight were the burgers. One of my favourite restaurants in kwai fong - amazing fish soup noodle. Seems their soup is really cooked with fresh fish with no MSG. Came here before and found their dessert amazing, so decided to order a birthday cake here for my grandma. The owner provided a range of choices for the flavours of the cake and the cream. We chose yuzu cream with vanilla cakes and it was amazing. I admire the taste of real cake ingredients - as in my family can actually taste the egg and butter (not the usual airy-u-dont-know-what-you-are-eating sponge cakes).I told the chef that my grandma prefers something pink and colourful and there she made a lovely classy cake. My colleagues and I often visit this restaurant for lunch. Their sets range from around $70-200 with no service charge. Food is of good quality and I love all the set items - decent main course with smooth steamed egg, salad (a bit too small I feel), miso soup, appetizers and a little dessert.
