I’m honestly speechless after this experience. The service at this Pizza Hut was completely unacceptable from start to finish. The staff seemed more interested in chatting and joking around with each other than actually serving customers. We waited nearly 25 minutes just to get water — and that only happened after we reminded them. Our pizza took over an hour to arrive, and when it finally did, it was barely warm and tasted below average. The whole place felt disorganized and chaotic, with no one seeming to take responsibility or care about the customers waiting. 七一回歸假期去咗商場行街，行到攰無意中入咗「亞參」醫肚，竟然有意外驚喜！呢間係太興集團旗下嘅品牌，裝修幾有特色，環境舒適，坐得寬敞，喺商場入面都覺得輕鬆自在。就算假期旺場要等位，都唔怕日曬雨淋，坐喺商場等都幾舒服。我哋點咗二人套餐「檳城盛宴」，有海南雞、檳城紅茄森巴牛骨煲、一個菜，兩個小食，兩杯嘢飲，兩個飯，分量足，四個人Share都夠食，CP值高，味道有驚喜，價錢又唔貴，真係抵食之選👍🏻最想特別一讚嘅係佢哋嘅服務態度。雖然當日人流非常多，但每位員工都態度有禮，忙中依然井井有條，令人感覺好親切。好適合一家大細或者朋友聚餐，值得比個大大個LIKE！💛…查看更多

Referred by my hair stylist, we went to try this newly opened restaurant in Causeway Bay on a happy Friday night but no table available until 10pm. It’s a small but very cozy Izayaka to chill away after work, there are only five tables and a bar section with around 10 chairs, so I recommend make reservation for a sure table. They’re only open from 6:30pm to 4:00am on everyday except Sunday....a new place to eat if u shop till 10pm, or if you work till 11pm, or if you finish movie like 12am...haha I always had these bad experiences where I cant find a place to eat dinner.Food was delicious! The skewer is crunchy outside and juicy inside. Many grill skewer restaurants in Hong Kong but not many fried skewer type, so it makes them special. i hardly write comments about a restaurant but i decided to write for this one about their bad service quality and food quality is not the same as before.we went to lunch last friday around 12:30 which is crowed as usual. we went in and speak to one of the waiter said 2 please....his response was "everyone just set down and you will need to wait half hour more" but no intention to mark down my name on the waiting list and kind of pushing us away. So I asked do you mean you dont want me to wait and just leave cuz full house? at the end he juz went in get a piece of paper out to mark down our name. we went in half hour later where expected and the whole time we see how these two waiters serve customers were slow, dreaming most of the time, not doing what they supposed to do, walking around but never refill your water, especially the waitress.We used to think the coffee is quite good in this cafe and we are not expecting a hotel standard service but the servers in this cafe are rude and never smile even from the first time we went here, and i feel like they are one of those restaurant with this attitude, business volume is not important but food and service quality must be high standard. which i think they achieve the 1st part, business volume is not important but they definitely not achieving 2nd part cuz service is BAD and food quality is not same as before which is really juz fair.…查看更多
