Passed by this burger place a few times and have heard some good comments about their burgers. Finally had a chance to taste it but the poor service deterred me from visiting again. The burgers were honestly quite fresh and patties were juicy. Otherwise, service was terrible. The waitress took our orders without saying a single word and we didn't even know if she acknowledged our orders at first. The decor is one of its kind but overall it was too dark and hygiene was questionable. Have visited Elephant ground a couple of times and their food and coffee have been consistently good. They have quite a good variety of options to choose from in terms of food. The pictured fish fillet sando was feshly made and had a good crunch. Portion was actually massive and I wasn't able to finish on my own. Salmon benedict was quite nicely done but maybe a side of potatoes/ salad would be a good addition. The place is spacious and pet friendly. Had some time during the weekend and craving for a bowl of ramen. Stumbled upon Cubism on Openrice and decided to give it a go. The location was a bit tricky to find as it was located in side alley. The food itself was delicious with rich and soothing chicken soup as base. The chicken meat paired was also tender with a tint of spice from the black pepper. The ramen quality itself is quite good but might seems to be slightly overpowered by the soup (though honestly what more can you ask for given this bowl of comforting chicken soup). Spent the time here with family during a weekend lunch back in summer. Saw the recommended udon with lobster soup and avocado so decided to give it a go and was pleasantly surprised. Udon texture is chewy paired with savory lobster soup. Shrimp was bouncy and didn't taste frozen. In terms of environment, the place is well lit and airy with a nice vibe. One thing that they can do better would be their coffee which tasted a bit too milky and diluted compared to other cafes, and in my opinion rather overpriced for their breverage. I have always been a sucker for a bowl of good ramen and stumbled upon this with my friend in Wan Chai. We went there early at around 6pm so did not have to queue as there are only a few seats available. We both ordered the ramen combo with shrimp soup and pan fried dumplings. The shrimp soup was made just fine with an umami aftertaste, not too salty and not too fishy. Ramen is just the right amount of springy and chewy. 早一兩年前開始幫襯Four Points by Sheraton 既呢間中餐廳最喜歡其中佢地既酸菜魚湯，用東星斑煮出黎既湯鮮味且酸辣得宜，東星斑魚肉有彈性又不會太老。但最近幾次到訪，已經向侍應落order既時候說明想要小辣，可惜出黎水準參差，可以辣到退比廚房，大廚試味之後都話太辣要煮過。重新上菜之後魚湯雖然無咁辣，但酸味同鮮味都驟降，明顯只是溝淡左另外叫過既菜式有蟹王燕窩羹、薯仔牛尾、燒乳鴿、鮑魚海鮮燴飯其實都ok，味道都算consistent。乳鴿燒得香口，另燕窩羹都煮得唔錯。但始終係Sheraton酒店中餐廳，期望服務同埋食物質素都要保持穩定水準，如果唔係都較難吸引人遠赴東涌幫襯。…查看更多

由細食到大既東大街街頭小餐廳，基本上有叫過既菜式都有水準，午餐晚餐都會有值得幫襯既小炒。蔥油蒸雞：需要早一日預定，係試過最好食既蔥油雞，沒有之一雞肉嫩滑、蔥油香又好送飯，適合一家大細幾個人share既菜另外鍾意叫既菜式有鎮江骨酸甜開胃，啫啫生菜煲肉末蝦乾既鹹香都好適宜送飯。冬天凍d既日子又可以點蠔仔粥、田雞粥，午市晚市都有，自己比較鍾意前者，蠔仔鮮味而且暖胃。唔想咁重口味既都有清蒸黃花魚、豉汁蒸鉗魚、魚湯雜菜煲，仲有基本上入去每臺都會點既例湯，每個人一盅而且價錢適宜，平日中午或晚餐兩三個人點都可以share到既家常味道。…查看更多

2023最凍個幾日想出去食下d暖笠笠既野 去到5點幾其實鋪頭出面已經人頭湧湧，最後排左嚐喜兩個小時有多，叫左出名既幾個煲仔飯同餸share。煲仔飯味道可以，我地點既係白鱔田雞同埋臘味油雞煲仔飯，飯既份量足夠，臘味再淋埋d豉油整出黎既飯焦其實都好難唔香口。餸菜方面：見之前有食評介紹咕嚕蝦同雞，但食落就無咩驚喜，食材唔夠新鮮。唐生菜煲同埋椒鹽九肚魚味道都ok，大致不過不失既小炒，但再叫我排兩個鐘就要唸唸先啦～…查看更多

Was a fan of Dan Ryan's high quality American food in the past but the latest visit was disappointing. Food was mediocre at best. The papaya salad and beef salad tasted almost exactly the same (with exception of the papaya and beef added on top obviously). Mussles were tasteless.
