A delightful meal at the new shop of Yi Pin Prawn! Can’t seem to find something similar in HK! I’ve tried this place when they were in Fortress Hill last year, and recently I found out they relocated to a bigger shop in TST. The tables spacing is comfortable. The menu has a LOT more options with not just prawn, but Hot Pot as well!Salted duck egg yolk prawn Loves its presentation in a golden plating, the taste is O..M..G!! The prawn is perfectly cooked and seasoned! I just couldn’t stop eating one after another.Hot PotThe server told us they just launched Hot Pot this week so we gave it a try. We picked the classic hot and spicy soup base and ordered different type of beef. The duck blood in the soup base is so authentic, just like the ones I had in Taiwan! It’s so smooth and chewy! The soup base was rich, not too salty or spicy. The beef was exceptional quality, so tender and rich in flavor. This is my to-go place for legit authentic Taiwanese cuisine restaurant, all the food on their menu are AMAZING.My favorite is the grilled cuttlefish sausage which is by far the best I found in town.  The sausage is filled with squid ink with a good chewy bite by pairing with garlic and spring onion.Their signature dish pepper prawn is simply addictive, each prawn absorbed the sauce.  Since the prawns are all live ones, the texture are great, and the head is full of yolk.  Perfect dish to pair with bottles of beer.If you like soup, the wine cooked prawn soup is a must order for the main.  The smell fills the restaurant when the soup is slowly simmering on a stove.  The soup has a herbal taste that is really nostalgic.The grilled salty pork is layered in fat and lean meat.  The lime and spring onion enhanced the flavors.I saved space for the sesame oil vermicelli which is served in many restaurants in Taiwan.  The noodles not too soft and the soup base has a strong sesame fragrance.  Simple but delicious.Great place for happy hour, their bottle of Taiwanese beer is buy 2 get 1 free!  Strong recommend anyone who loves Taiwanese cuisine and beer to pay a visit.  You will be satisfied!!…查看更多
