By chance I found this new Sichuan shop when I parked my car on the roadside at Yuen Long last month. Since then I have become a regular customer.🍜It's a new takeaway shop run by a couple who are very friendly and diligent. They sell Sichuan noodles including chili and sour noodles with many choices of meat and vegetables.The dishes are very tasty, fresh and traditional. I cannot find another shop as authentic and traditional as this one in Yuen Long.There are 4 level of chili and I can only try the least chili one.The shop is a new try in Yuen Long and I love the food much. I even bought some dishes for a friend who is well versed in Sichuan food and she said it as good as she has ever had. 😍🥰I have some special tips to get the takeaway as lunch or dinner the day after. I would ask the shopkeeper to give me the uncooked noodles. I will cook it in a pot for 10 seconds in boiling hot water then i drained out the water and mix the chili sauce and the mixed meat in it. 本來约咗朋友去元朗出名的旮旯The Glock吃晚餐。朋友有點不適不能赴會，亦不減我追求美味食物的熱情。一個人走去旮旯朝聖，一樣滿足和精彩。首先來個熱茶，濃濃的，熱熱的(茶具是店主朋友搜羅回來的）我一個人沖泡了3次，幸福今天晚餐可以挑選海鲜或3款魚，我揀了海鲜藜麥飯加個日本清湯，湯味濃郁，海鲜有新鲜的燒鲍魚，有2隻青口，2隻美味的大元貝，2隻燒的鲜蝦，味道鲜甜，食材新鲜很棒套餐包一碟美味多汁的燒鲭魚，鲜甜多肉又健康本來吃餐的芝麻葛餅甜品，要更滿足，自己再加一個綠茶紅豆茶餅，好新鮮，清新可口軟軟的，凍凍的一個人在這小店在動聽的英文金曲下，靜靜哋享受如此人間美味，真的很稱心滿意，很是不錯…查看更多

I went to Euro Go Go for lunch and breakfast these 2 daysJust because of the healthy salad vegetables. The price is reasonable too. This is the first time I tried this cart noodles shop. I walked from Shek Kip Mei Station Exit A, using GPS and spent 17 minutes. I always eat cart noodles because it's yummy, cheap in price and simple. I ate noodles here for many years. It's a famous cart noodles shop. In the past the shop is always crowded. As there are more good choices of cart noodles in Hong Kong nowadays, or may be due to the social movement and covid- 19, it's very obvious that the business here is not as good as before. Super Yummy! The best hotdogs in Yuen Long I tried the 澳式風情熱狗 this time. The sausage is so yummy. The hot dog bun is soft and hot. The sauce is a bit sweet and sour. I love it. As I was quite full and with my brother I asked the young staff to cut the hotdog in half. Those young guys working is the shop are polite and hardworking. In fact, this is the 8 times I came here to buy takeaway hotdogs since I tried it the first time in January 2020. I really highly recommend this hotdog shop to friends.…查看更多
