1) Seatings are tightly packed, not only you can hear next table conversation, you can literally touch elbows, staff would arrange you to sit in a certain area even though there are other empty seats2) staff do not know the menu when there is only 3 main dish, 2 snack and 2 dessert to serve during dinner time. By the way, dinner starts after 5:30pm and last order at 8pm, they close at 9pm. Staff rush you off at 8pm when you dont have last order to place. They will take your plate away whether u like it or not.3) staff only give out 1 set of cutlery when there are 2 people on the table, no serving plates either4) they will never refill your water even 10% service charge its on the bill and you do your own QR code order and u need to walk to the cashier to pay5) In conclusion, its a coffee shop price but you get service of a "cha chaan teng"p.s tried their lunch, dinner and take away. take away will take you 15 mins for a cup of coffee…查看更多

Very cozy place, good to catch up with friends. They have a Happy hour before 7pm. Food is great, better than a lot of Japanese restaurant who claimed they are originated from Japan. This one is authentic. my friend really like the ox tongue. I reccomend the sake clams. Besides the 2 people table were too small and couldn't fit in everything we ordered. Normally go here at least once a week. Its a quiet chill out place in TK. They would have a combo price if you go before 11am on weekdays. besides the sitting area is quite small and quite close to each other. Coffee is definately a thumb up. The bread was a thumb down though, its dry and doesn't really have the banana taste. was here for lunch, i was reading the food menu on the side, knowing that they have two different sides, one side for coffee order and one side for food order. So I asked the cashier just to clarify. And the male cashier with a hat on was replying me with such an ignorant tone. I was like okay, I'm only here to get coffee not to pick a fight. After I paid for the coffee and he asked me for a name. then he carried on with his thing on the cashier. So I walked off, just as I was at the corner to the other side for food order. He then shouted my name out loud. I was like, er...did he get the price wrong of something. Becoz I know the coffee won't be ready in 10 seconds. He then shouted my name out loud again. But I'm actually just a few steps away. I turned and looked at him. He could have just talked to me. But he shouted my name out for the 3rd time. So I was like What is it? His exact reply was" I haven't finished talking! " I was like what? He then said " I will call your name when the food is ready!" I was quite shocked by his attitude. Honestly he wasn't even talking to me after my payment, he was doing his thing on the cashier. And then said he wasn't finished. I'm like huh? so should I ask him is he done? Made a reservation for 1pm and they aren't open, tried calling the restaurant, their line is busy. If they don't want to take guests in the afternoon. Please close the reservation system. Made a reservations for lunch since it was difficult to book for dinner. With its compliments online, so would like to give it a try. We were only told that they only provide set lunch after seated. Would be nice if known in advance if this was the case. The table are definately not 1.5m away, very packed. I can touch the next table. Not sure about people say about relaxed atmosphere, it was in fact quite noisy. I can hear next table conversation easily. The food portion is rather small. Taste...I guess it's personal opinion. Made my reservations 30 mins prior to arrival, as I live nearby. Arrived at the restaurant, the lady at the front desk asked me 3 times and still couldn't catch my name for the reservations. Then I was seated under the speaker, so loud that the waiter couldn't even hear what I said. And no the songs wasn't Italian either. Just normal English songs, I asked for hot water and they gave me tap water, put down the menu and walked away. (No introduction what so ever) Guess they weren't happy because I didn't order any cocktails. So the next waiter came and introduced the menu, as we weren't hungry. We ordered a la carte, 2 pasta dish and 1 appetizer to share. The food came and they were very salty, honestly small portion and not worth the price at all. One of the waiter took the plates away after appetizer and never gave us back clean plates for the main. One of our cheesewheel truffle pasta was left at the tip of the table when it was presented. Because the food was so bad, we didn't even want to order dessert. Just want to leave asap as the music is so loud above our heads. The restaurant is not even full. The first session was compelety empty. Then before our bill came, the waiter came with 4 shots of lemoncello and drank wz us. This was very awkward, we didn't ask for it. Went in because the menu outside was cheap couldn't think of what to eat. To my surprised though. It's not bad for 100 bucks. I had soup for starter and it came with a basket of warm bread. This is so nice, warm bread with soup it's rare nowadays(I'm not even joking). I ordered steak n fries for the main. Again it really worth every penny u spent, I would have thought the steak would be thin as paper and tasteless but actually it was in good portion and up to medium rare. (having it cooked to medium rare is difficult in HK) There were only 3 table with less than 5 people. So it was chill. I like to enjoy my lunch in a quiet place. Guess this is one of the best place for churros since you cant just get dessert from a spanish restaurant. Hope they can just do the orginal ones with chocolate dip. The cup with ice cream and toppings are quite big in portion, probably best to share for 2 rather than 1, unless you consider that as a meal, otherwise it will be too full to eat. …查看更多
