Visited this restaurant again after a long while ... can only say that the food is now even better! The mussels are accompanied by a great laksa sauce, which I do not usually find here, because most restaurants usually offer only white wine sauce. Really enjoyed the laksa taste, which was surprisingly not too spicy as well, which is suitable for Hong Kong people. For the lobser risotto -the risotto is also cooked perfectly with pieces of shrimps in addition to the lobster, which made the dish very flavourful. The restaurant also offers a great promotion. Whoop! Managed to drop by Raw Bar No. 8 again for a quick meal with friends Second time patronising and I have to say the food tastes even better! The oysters are a must-have - very fresh and creamy. Heard that the meat here is also vacuum-packed, so the process definitely contributes to the juiciness. Loved the flavour of the steak too. Absolutely delicious food!
