The food menu is overpriced while the food quality is very low.The staff are not friendly and the dishes are not clean (the plates had a dry sause and pieces of food stick to it).We ordered the chicken (HKD 158) and the beef steak (HKD 208). and the cheese bread (HKD 85).The chicken was half burned and half not cooked till the end (it was red and mushy).The served steak was 50% just fat and almost no meat.The chesse break is surely from a supermarket cheese break frozen pack as it wasnt even hot enough (probably frozen and reheated).When speaking with the person that was in the kitchen and seems to be the owner, the feedback was "oh, sorry sorry"... there was no sense of understanding of customer service and what was the issue. They just wanted me to pay and leave. they also charge you 10% service fee while it takes them over 30 min to prepare your food and also charge you 1-3% credit card fee if you pay with ali pay or credit card.Total paid over HKD 500 for nothing more than a bad experience and low-grade food.I will never come back to this place again.Waste of my time and money.…查看更多

The restaurant environment is very nice and the staff are very friendly. The set lunch price is very reasonable . The authenticity of the food has to be reviewed as the dish offered in the lunch set had to be improved. The “Chicken schnitzel” is actually Korean Deep Fried Chicken and Deep fried Fish. Nice try but totally different between the original dish (Israeli Chicken Shnitzel) and what is served! I hope the owner of the restaurant can see this comment and improve If you offer Israeli food, it should be actual Israeli food and not only the name.God Bless.…查看更多

Bafang Dumpling always used to be my favorite place for a quick tasty lunch!I normally go to their Kennedy town shop but this time i was in Wan Chai and decided to have a great lunch in Bafang on Wan Chai road.From the moment I entered the shop, i could feel the negative environment of stressed and rude staff (shouting and swearing in Cantonese and Mandarin) while customers were asking for their dine-in orders. The staff of Wan Chai shop (cashier) was very rude with a negative body language and attitude to myself once I ordered my meal.I felt disappointed and insulated by the way they treated customers.The shop was dirty and it seems like no one was in a rush to help customers to take a sit...A REMINDER IS that customers came to eat their lunch in exchange for their money and not to pay for a bad attitude and rude service.I had no choice to cancel my order and just leave... in conclusion, the food of bafang is great but not in Wan chai...I will not attend the Bafang restaurant anymore. The restaurant was overfull with people blocking the road as they were waiting for a takeaway. …查看更多
