It serves as a wonderful window into my early years. My stomach would churn like a joyful earthquake when I would smell the subtle perfume of frying oil in the cold fall air, combining with the savory aroma of meat.These breaded marvels were not elegant restaurant cuisine back then. At the neighborhood butcher store, they were heroes of the street food scene, eagerly waiting in paper bags. It was excruciating to wait for that first mouthful. What appeared to be a "heart too soft" (心太軟) was actually a wonderfully runny, molten salted egg yolk tucked within a fluffy steamed bun. It was quite simple to eat all at once and was the epitome of luxury.though, the "scallops with porcini cream pasta" (香煎帶子慍牛肝菌意粉) was the true highlight of the event. Butter escargot with French herbs. I was in heaven when I saw these little critters covered in a fragrant, garlicky butter sauce. The escargot itself was incredibly soft, cooked to perfection, and begged to be taken out of their shells with a tiny fork.  Is there anything more delicious than tiny morsels of garlicky, buttery goodness?The pumpkin soup comes next. I don't normally eat a lot of soup, but this one was really good. It had a rich, silky texture and was bursting with the cozy, roasted pumpkin flavor. The bisque was flawlessly Parisian. It was rich, creamy, and oozing with lobster flavor akin to a comforting embrace for my palate. I couldn't stop eating since every spoonful was a delightful symphony of crab flavors.The oyster served with foamy salmon roe was a sensory wonderland. The bursts of salmon roe offered a lovely blast of salty surprise, and the briny freshness of the oyster played well against the airy lightness of the foam. 喺大大家樂食咗個葡汁焗素魚柳飯。呢個飯真係超好食！本身唔係素食主義者，但鍾意食素菜。因為我認為素菜可以做得一樣咁美味，甚至更加健康。叫咗個葡汁焗素魚柳飯。咁岩無哂要等大妁10Mins 咁就唯有等一等。我一打開個蓋，就聞到陣陣葡汁嘅香味。個魚柳炸得好香脆，金黃色嘅外皮睇落好吸引。食咗一啖，個魚柳嘅口感做得同真嘅魚柳非常相似，外脆內軟，而且仲有陣陣嘅葡汁香味。個汁酸酸甜甜，好惹味。底層嘅蛋炒飯仲有啲紅米，口感豐富。平時食飯嘅時候，最怕啲飯粒會黏埋一齊。但係呢個飯嘅米飯粒粒分明，口感好爽。…查看更多
