Extremely disappointed with my recent experience here especially since I used to eat lunch here quite often when I used to work nearby.Had dinner here at 8pm recently and right off the bat felt that there was a sense of urgency from the waitress. She kept circling behind us while we were deciding what to order. Even while I was ordering I could sense that she just wanted us to make our order asap.As we were eating I realised that where we were seated we were completely blocked off from seeing the chef cooking (which is a big part of the teppenyaki experience). I asked if we could be seated in a better place but she said that it’s not available (strange because those seats were completely vacant and socially distanced from other customers. There were very few other customers in the restaurant at this time).Finally, towards middle of our meal (not even the end!) we were given the bill to make payment. That’s fine and all but the problem is that she circled back to our place again to check if I’d put my card/cash on it yet. Seems like she did the same thing for other customers also. Can a person just enjoy a good meal first before making payment?If they are in such a rush to close down I would rather they just tell me up front and not let me in than milk the cash out of me and give me a horrible experience. I noticed that closing hours are at 9:30pm but according to my LeaveHomeSafe app we left at 8:47pm. So why the rush?…查看更多
