The skewers here were very moist, juicy and flavorful. Everything was well cooked and the seasoning were consistent. I especially liked the sliced Iberice pork belly skewers as they were juicy yet had a crispy outer layer. However, I would not recommend the suckling pig as it was really gamey. And the texture was off. Yes, it was well cooked, but the skin wasn’t that crispy and the meat was spongy. I tried the oysters. Meaty with an algae ocean aftertaste. They were standard oysters with nothing noteworthy.One thing to note is the music. It didn’t really suit the atmosphere. Everything is all right nothing to brag about.Nothing to really complain about either. The roasted goose was fatty and tender, slightly oily from the fat rendering, but the sweet-and-sour sauce offset the greasiness. Meanwhile, the skin was delicate and fatty.The lobster and noodle had a taste of garlic and cheese. No one said thank you to me.Food is mediocre at best and not worth the money. I expected the steak tartar to be light, but it was really heavy and chewy （really unlike the other tartare I’ve eaten）.
