We ordered the food from online delivery platform at 7pm and the system said the food will arrive in 7:50, but we haven’t received the food after TWO HOURS!!!!! And when I was negotiating with online delivery platform customer service, I received the canceling notification form the merchants!!!! We try to contact the merchant directly but no one answered the phone!!!! We wait TWO HOURS FOR NOTHING and everyone is starving!!!!!!!
