我哋8個人訂咗間房地方同氣氛都好舒服由入門口至埋單走嘅服務都係一流簡直係賓至如歸食物同飲品都有好多好嘅選擇而價錢亦好合理由餐廳送嘅炸白蝦仔開始每樣嘢都好好味就因為好食所以越叫越多嘢😅小食叫咗雪魚干，原味及辣味枝豆同芥末八爪魚串燒同燒物有雞肝，雞心，牛舌芯，雞皮，白鱔，醬燒豆腐，雞pat pat ，多春魚，免治雞肉棒，秋葵，牛肉雞髀菇卷， 燒溫室茄子田樂，迷你甜薯.... 煎同炸嘢有日式煎餃子， 煙肉炒椰菜 ，椒鹽軟殼蟹， 同第一次食而好有驚喜嘅日本粟米天婦羅另外有清酒同辣酒煮蜆反鯛魚奶湯甜品有蘋果雪葩同日本3.6 燉奶除食物外我哋亦飲咗好多唔同嘅酒🍻🥂🍶🥃我哋對全部出品都非常滿意不過因為叫得食物太多而 OpenRice 最多只可以登12張相，所以都登唔晒出嚟一定會再光顧及推介朋友…查看更多

Most of the staffs, especially the younger staffs were serving in good manner, except the manager & 2 staffs. When the manager taking our order, his manner I wouldn't say is bad but certainly not good. We were served in a long table for 8 persons, so I requested to divide every order into 2 dishes when they serve ,in-order-to makes it more convienence for us. They didn't serve in 2 dishes when the appetizers, so I remind the waitress again not to repeat the false when serving the main course. Unfortunately, they repeated the same mistake when the main course arrived. We were very disappointed and asked the manager ,why this happens twice and he didn't answer and ordered the staff to did that for us. We wondered how can a person in such attitude can survive in servicing field, nowaday. There were too many minor problems when they delivered their service to us , I can't mention all. But I have to mention when I found a fly struggling in my glass of remaining 3 inches beer. I asked a middle-age waiter to see, and he asked another middle aged waitress to check. She said she can "compensate" a draught beer to us instead of our Tsintgao, without any apology, because they cannot match the inventory of Tsingtao if she give us that. After negotiation a while, she agreed to compensate a bottle of Tsingtao. When the beer arrived, was already served in a glass , not came with the bottle as the served tin he last few order. After I drink alittle bit, I was sure that's not Tsingtao, because I've a Tsingtao fans for over 10 years. I taste again to confirm, and I asked the middle-age wait who came when I found the fly. He claimed that a Tsingtao for sure ,and asked the middle age waitress came , of course she also claimed the same. I asked why didn't they bring the bottle to pour into the glass when she served as usual. The waiter said he can shoe me the bottle in a bad manner. Ha!Ha! I stopped argue with him and paid to leave, because that's mother's day dinner. I didn't want my parents stay in such atmosphere.They didn't apologise everytime they made mistake, even when they found a fly in my beer.
