While shopping at Diamond hill, they had a food fair, so walked by and saw A Style had a stall there.They had their usual range of frozen seafood ready to eat once thawed, including their big spider like crabs and shellfish.For their cooked snacks they had ready to eat big scallops for $20, a choice of buttered or Teriyaki.I got the Teriyaki, and the scallops were quite big, the orange part was the best, usually they taste rubbery, but this one tasted velvety just like pate and fish roe.In terms of scallop anatomy, the orange part is the ovary-testis according to the Fisheries and Aquaculture Department .

之前有機會可以把一隻皇帝蟹帶回家品嘗，優質堂位於葵涌的一個寫字樓中，雖然比較遠，但是其服務態度值得辛苦走一回。因為她們的同事會很用心的跟您解析有關解凍和食用要注意的地方。對我來說，以前吃過自助餐的長腳蟹，但是也許是因為要自己親手去拆肉，所以辛苦得來的特別覺得好味道。第一口覺得蟹腳肉既有非常重的蟹肉味道，而且鹹水味道也很重，那種所謂的海水鮮味令我很久也不能忘記。而蟹膏也不少，只是可能我解凍時間不足夠（本來要求三小時，但是我只解凍了兩小時半就急不及待要吃它了！）。所以還有小小雪味。縱使那樣，單是吃蟹腳已經非常滿足了。以一隻要六百元之價錢來說是有點貴，但是人一世，物一世，試過就是試過，滿足就是滿足。她們還有其他海產，好像是馬糞海膽和皇帝蟹親子等等可以提供。
