Today is the day before the super typhoon arrives, the whole HK is very tense, empty racks in supermarkets... Luckily I always have backup food for my cats, as for myself I don't really need to have anything special to prepare, so I decided to enjoy and chill this afternoon~
是日為超強颱風山竹接近前之日，四周也瀰漫著緊張的氣氛，超市貨架空空如也～ 幸好家中兩位主子糧食一向有backup，至於自己一個人也沒需要作甚麼特別準備，還是好好享受一下天氣異常地好的一個周末下午，決定來這裡一試～

This cafe is located across Eastern Street and Second Street, not very eye-catching, it has opened for 4 months and there are lots of customers.
地點位於東邊街與第二街交界，甚不起眼，開業4個月，已經有不絕人流～ The barista is very nice, patient and talkative~ There are about 10 options on the food menu~ After my order, barista came to me and asked if I want my coffee to be served after I finish my food as that can prevent my coffee from getting cold~ I took his advice. Barista 好nice，好有耐性，而且亦十分健談～ Menu 大約只有十款食物選擇～ 於食物來前，Barista刻意問是否需要等食完後才上咖啡，原因是怕會放涼了～ 十分細心，故亦接納了他的建議，先把食物吃完，他才開始沖咖啡～
The plate looks pretty nice, the only disappointment is the poached egg which doesn't look very good. The whole plate smells with truffle basil butter. Crunchy toast and smooth avocado made the experience very enjoyable. The egg yolk was exceptional and runny, yet not too watery. If the plate is bigger that will enhance the dining experience as the egg yolk won't flow everywhere The side salad is very fresh, it would better with less olive oil.
賣相相當不錯，唯一有點失望是Poached Egg的蛋白位太薄，聞起來有陣陣的松露香味，應該是於toast上塗了松露香草牛油，入口有多士的脆、牛油果的滑、松露香草牛油的香，雖然牛油果不夠香，但整體配起來還是挺令人享受的～ 蛋黃做得很出色，外圍是剛凝固的質地，切開還是有少少流心，唯獨此碟太薄太窄，蛋黃流出來時吃很有點狼狽～ 伴碟的沙律份量雖少，但很新鮮，唯olive oil有點過多～ 
Before making the coffee, barista showed me the freshly ground coffee powder so I can smell it, it smells fresh with a touch of grapes! Barista also checked with me how strong I like my coffee to be. When it was served, it already looked very nice as one can see they should be pretty picky about their containers. Hand drip coffee was smooth, fresh with a touch of grape, pretty special taste~
沖咖啡前，Barista先把剛磨好的咖啡粉送過來給我聞，很清新的香味，最特別是有提子的味道！於沖前Barista亦細心問了咖啡的濃淡道才開始決定水的份量～ 奉上時視覺已經開始享受，因為器皿也是精挑細選，咖啡入口很fresh 而且也有提子味道，感覺很特別～

Overall the quality of food and service is good, feels like I found myself a little paradise! Always support small shops!
整體來說食物質素及服務質素也很好，今天下午好像發現了小小的樂園一樣呢！此類小店的確值得支持！
