Mamtom成個氛圍好有度假feel,牆身顏色同擺設都帶點異國風情,坐低已經好似去咗旅行咁。 Chicken Malaysian Satay雞肉串件件啖啖肉,好入味,外層燒到有少少焦香,啲肉仲保持住嫩滑同Juicy,配埋醬汁一齊食就更加惹味。Grilled Sa Nuong,呢道燒雞肉切得厚薄適中,咬落去真係好Q好煙靱,而且油脂香同埋肉味都好突出,完全唔覺膩。 Singapore Laksa,湯底香濃帶椰香,入口有層次,辣得嚟又唔會過火。啲米線爽口彈牙,吸收咗湯汁之後每啖都好惹味,仲有蝦同豆卜配料,鮮甜又豐富。Baby Gai Lan,炒得爽口翠綠,蒜香同菜嘅鮮甜味好夾。飲品我揀咗Emerald Fandan Cooler,清爽解渴,甜度啱啱好,好適合配住呢啲濃味嘅東南亞菜。Fresh Doconut,飲落清甜又爽口,好有熱帶風情。 甜品Durian Sticky Rice,榴槤雪皅好香濃,椰子雪糕好香,糯米飯煙韌帶甜味,口感超豐富,好特別。 繼續閱讀

During a Sunday lunch at Mamtom in Hong Kong, I savored a delightful Southeast Asian meal that balanced bold flavors with refreshing touches. Here’s my take on the dishes:Lamb Malaysian Satay ($138): Juicy grilled lamb skewers with a creamy, flavorful peanut sauce, paired with crisp cucumber, onion, and pineapple for a perfect balance.Grilled Ga Nuong ($128): A small but aromatic chicken appetizer, infused with lemongrass, garlic, and herbs. Bursting with flavor, though I wished for a slightly larger portion.Pad See Ew ($148): Wok-fried flat noodles with a generous mix of chicken, egg, and gai lan. The smoky wok hei and crunchy gai lan made it a standout.Baby Gai Lan ($68): Simple, crisp and well-seasoned — great alongside the bolder dishes.Durian Sticky Rice & Coconut Sundae ($118): Chewy durian paste over sticky rice, topped with creamy coconut. An indulgent dessert for durian fans.Coconut Smoothie ($68) & Emerald Pandan Cooler ($68): The smoothie was light and not too sweet, while the pandan cooler, with coconut water, pineapple, and calamansi, was a refreshing tropical delight.Verdict: Mamtom offers a vibrant, flavorful Southeast Asian experience that does not leave you thirsty, thanks to its refreshing sides and drinks. 這間位於尖東海旁對面馬路的餐廳,視野開揚,餐廳有戶外和室內,不過我們一到步有點下雨,所以不坐外面,而內面的環境,燈光柔和,很適合聚一聚傾下偈。Emerald Pandan CoolerGolden sunset Fizz兩杯飲品透心涼,一杯帶點班蘭味道比較柔和,另一杯七大有熱情果比較清爽,各有特色。Chicken Malaysian Satay雖然都是串燒,卻有自己嘅獨有口感,肉較韌,點一些串燒花生醬,再配搭一些青瓜及菠蘿,幾醒神。Deep Fried Prawn Basket 蝦大大件,炸得夠爽脆,點醬口感更有層次。Pad See Ew泰式炒河,河粉不是平時食開的一條一條,而是將河粉炒得比較碎,所以不需要用筷子夾起,用匙羹就能食到,口感方面,炒得要不似港式的河粉,口味鹹甜比例方面比較偏向甜,是另一種風味。Kangkong Belacan炒通菜,炒得香口。Durian Sticky Rice & Coconut S:榴槤椰子雪糕糯米飯,最滿意的食物,榴槤飄香,配搭椰子給糯米飯都是很好的組合。 繼續閱讀

和朋友晚飯,揀了MAMTOM這間面向尖沙咀海傍的餐廳,有室外及室內座位。天氣有點熱,選坐室內座位好了。室內裝潢別具風格,餐牌上的食物選項同樣新穎。Shrimp Pomelo Salad (大蝦柚子沙律),酸酸甜甜的柚子肉好大件,蝦肉爽口,特別在於加入了炸椰絲、亞麻子,並用話梅糖汁,而不是一般醋汁,味道令人開胃。還用上炸蔥頭,增加口感及惹味程度。Tom Yum Kung (冬蔭公),微辣的酸辣湯底加入青檸葉,材料還有河蝦、蘑菇及南薑,薑味偏重,反而辣度一般。Wagyu Krawpow (鐵鍋炒和牛),本來以為是以鐵鍋盛載送上,以泰式羅勒、辣椒及黑醬油來炒和牛,牛味香,不會太油膩,惟辣度不太夠,所以惹味程度一般,黑醬油味道帶甜。炒和牛面層鋪上兩隻太陽蛋,戳破蛋黃,牛肉配蛋汁,為之滋味。Mixed Malaysian Satay (雜錦沙嗲)的配搭竟然是牛豬羊,而沒有雞。串燒烤得外層微焦,仍肉嫩多汁,羊肉串微微羶香,好味指數拍得住牛肉串。沙嗲花生醬味道濃郁。伴碟有一堆生青瓜、生洋蔥及菠蘿,就只吃了菠蘿,夠甜!Pho Bu Wagyu (越式和牛湯河),另加$75配Roasted Bone Marrow (烤牛骨髓)。湯底是慢煮24小時的牛肉高湯,湯底清得來而味濃,好香牛味!河粉爽滑帶嚼勁,牛胸腩及西冷牛排夠軟嫩。加上牛骨髓的油脂香,令湯河更美味。Durian Sticky Rice & Coconut Sundae,面層的榴槤及椰子雪糕都好香濃,底下的是煙韌軟糯的糯米飯,配上灑在雪糕上的花生碎,又香又好味。Midnight Desire以Vodka, Prosecco及荔枝調配的cocktail,充滿荔枝香甜,Prosessco帶果香及花香,令酒精味不會太強烈,容易入口。朋友點的Vasilia ($98)是Tequila配熱情果及椰子,微微帶點藥水味。整體的食物味道好吃,店員服務亦不錯,只是地段關係,價格稍稍偏貴。 繼續閱讀
