復活節假期黎到澳門,1行5人黎到一定要試下葡國菜式,所以就黎到呢間位於氹仔的海灣咖啡廳。晚上八點我嚟到這間餐廳見到門口已經有長長的人龍,大概排了20分鐘便入到去。店內環境很有葡式風味,坐低我們好快就開始點餐。我們點咗葡式八爪魚,葡式乳豬飯一份,海鮮飯以及燒雞沙律。海鮮飯材料豐富海鮮亦都可以唯獨是飯煮得太爛,燒雞沙律配上橄欖油相當鮮美,葡式乳豬飯乳豬燒得香脆加上西炒飯底呢個值得推介,葡式八爪魚味道做得很好蒜蓉配上橄欖油可惜八爪魚太硬了而且與圖片絕不相符因為圖片是原條八爪魚的觸鬚,但上枱時竟是切片碎上而單據亦有寫明碎上,感覺名不符實或許下次再來會試試其他餐廳了。

海灣餐廳(推介:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)🏝據聞係何超蓮都推介嘅澳門老店,當明排足45分鐘先入座。整體而言,性價比唔高,但係餐廳環境唔錯,職員好有禮貌,都可以一試)⭐️蝦角淡味、蝦加上沙律醬再裹上麵包糠,唔推介☺️⭐️牛尾湯唔同香港嘅羅宋湯,呢味道偏淡,不過好足料嘅👍⭐️咖哩蟹肉蝦大力推介🥳 滿滿嘅蟹肉、整隻蝦,好足料。要自行撈飯,但係咖喱味好重好重,有新鮮辣椒味,加上咖哩味,超惹味😋就算兩個人share食都好飽,必試之選。⭐️西洋炒蜆呢個係餐廳岀名之作,份量真係有頭食到尾都仲未食哂🫣 而且隻隻新鮮,冇沙,好正!⭐️椰汁雞蛋布甸、木糠布甸唔係香港人嘅口味,唔洗試。味道很淡、質感好特別🥹 食完都唔知食咗啲咩,相信小編,唔好試🥹📍 氹仔舊城區地堡街第四座偉展閣53-57號地下

奇怪的餐廳,明明餐廳入面好多吉枱,但偏偏唔俾人入,搞到餐廳門口排長龍,似乎係制造假象,扮到好多人幫襯。 門口又無人問津,都唔明做咩要由得啲人無了期咁等等等...太可惡了!

After 3 years of covid, the surviving restaurants surely have something special. Coming back after this pandemic, I was pretty holding a high expectation. Once border opened, their booking always fully booked and mine, I literally gave up on dinner reservations and just went for lunch. Surprisingly, long queue even before it's opening time. For those who are going, remember to make your reservations way before your journey and for those who wish for a large table, make it a month earlier. No joke.Lunch experience was quite ok. Busy staff were running around but still serving us with smile. We ordered shrimp cakes, tuna salad (was ordered cod fish salad but out of stock even just opened), tumeric saffron braised pork with rice, baked mackerel rice. First, server served us cold airy bun without butter knife. It was quite disappointing as it was just opened and things shall all be well prepared. Moving on, salad was a highlight. Very fresh with well marinated tuna. Definitely a good pick. Simple but refreshing. Shrimp cakes were not my cup of tea. Unexpectedly it was stuffed with loads of salad dressing plus the shrimp. Personally, I dont like salad dressing, so I just omit those thick dressing. Batter was good though! Braised pork was served very oily and warm. Not hot at all. Pork was very tender and soft. By mixing the sauce with hot rice, the combo made it tasted better. Pork texture was spot on but flavour wasn't as strong as I thought. Tumeric and saffron taste can be stronger. Last but not least, the baked rice was also just fine. Not every bite can be tasted with mackerel unless.that bite contains pieces. Tomato pasted rice was flavourful. Texture wise, no bad. All in all, not bad but not as good as I went before. Harder to make reservation but food was rushing to serve because of the long queue.
