星期六,我們一個來自葡萄牙的朋友帶我們去澳門吃葡萄牙菜,據說他認為這間是在澳門吃過最正宗的。我們未到下午六點就已經到餐廳了,六點後就已經高朋滿座。他為我們點了很多不同種類的菜式,有牛有蝦,有海鮮,重點是我們要吃馬介休。其實我們不是太清楚菜式叫什麼名字,因為菜式是我那個葡萄牙朋友和餐廳老闆建議的,而且在他們交談之中,我們沒有一句葡萄牙文是聽得懂的。一上菜,麵包好大個,他們說這個是葡萄牙傳統的麵包,可以沾上橄欖油和白醋一起吃。牛肉炆煮得很淋,麵包還可以配上其他菜式的菜汁來吃會更好吃。基本上蝦和海鮮都是辣的,而且這種味道會令到你停不了,因為實在太多向香蒜,好香口和惹味,而且葡萄牙最出名是橄欖油,他們用了很多橄欖油,令到菜式很有油香味,用那些香蒜汁用來配麵包吃,更好吃。重點是我跟我朋友說我要吃馬介休,馬介休的而且確很鹹,不過這裏的馬介休和其他的地方不一樣,魚質比較滑,和平時吃的有點不同。吃完一大堆重口味的菜式,一定要吃這間店的甜品。我記得有一個是雜果杯,還點了一個布丁。布丁真是很好吃,蛋香味很濃郁,而且不是太甜。如果想吃葡國菜的朋友可以到此一試。 繼續閱讀

晩餐時間,入餐廳見到一位女伙記,愛理不理地問找什麼,我告知已訂位,她指一指餐廳入面的大廳。請留意,這餐廳留位有最低消費,每位澳門幣230元,不留位就冇最低消費。坐低後,因為有小朋友很肚餓,想先叫一點食物給小朋友吃。 料不到落單的伙計一聽到咁就立刻黑面說:係咁你地一陣一齊叫啦!頭也不回行咗去。我們唯有趕快睇菜牌,跟著有個葡國人過來寫菜。我地話小孩要吃白飯,佢話冇,我地見菜牌有炒飯,問可唔可以特別通融供應白飯,佢又黑面話唔得。樣樣都唔得,最後我們唯有走人。奉勸各位萬萬不要光顧這餐廳,以免你們一肚氣出來! 繼續閱讀

澳門最後一站,法蘭度。因為法蘭度情調夠浪漫,亦都等自己回味一吓,回憶一下,所以,近年去澳門,法蘭度都會成為最後幫襯嘅餐廳。最回味嘅,當然係佢地天下無敵嘅燒乳豬啦!香港嘅燒乳豬,皮脆,但豬肉總係唔鬆軟,份量亦少,法蘭度嘅燒乳豬,乳豬肉鬆軟入味,入口即溶,皮又脆,一個字,掂!之前幫襯,燒乳豬都係凍嘅,今次幫襯,燒乳豬係熱架,更加好味!而且今次份量亦都比之前嘅多,超滿足!另外點咗一份炒蜆同燒排骨,蜆肉新鮮嫩滑入味,燒排骨點錯咗,原本蒜蓉燒黎咗鹽燒,結果味道較咸。澳門,對自己黎講,係一個又愛又恨嘅地方,美食美景同優閒嘅氣氛好吸引,從未試過一年去兩次澳門,今年果然驛馬旺!再見澳門!(^_^)/// 繼續閱讀

因为朋友揸車,梗系选平时坐車唔易到的地方,呢度系园林环境,好多葡国人幫襯,可能系happy Friday , 所以都几多人。3个人用餐,唔点得太多,餐前先送上超大🍞,真系超大,所以唔使点炒饭,要知道,呢度系正宗葡式,所以冇牛油,系点油及醋食的,夠地道,主菜点咗烧乳猪🐷,但皮系有的的硬,肉质有胡椒辣味,可能咁先系正宗,🐷手超大,唔肥腻,可以的,沙甸鱼挺大条,唔太腥,但味濃咗的,可能又系正宗葡式做法。总结系不过不失,试冇妨,唔试亦冇乜损失。 繼續閱讀

It was Valentine’s Day so I took my husband to this Portuguese restaurant. The restaurant was spacious and traditional. We ordered a Portuguese beer and some soft drinks as the restaurant does not provide any water. The homemade bread was massive and tasted very good. It was hard on the outside and soft in the inside. Shrimps with clam sauce arrived first, it was delicious! The sauce was amazingly good! Me and my husband eat the sauce by dipping the bread into it. It was garlicky but tasted fantastic! The shrimps were big and soft. The roasted pig was yummy as well. The skin was crunchy and the inside was meaty. I really enjoyed eating the fat as well. The fries were not so hot, they were actually a bit soggy. The fried codfish didn’t look attractive but tasted quite good. It was full of onions and onions, there was just a lot of onions. I could taste some codfish within, they were quite hard in terms of texture and salty as well. I was surprise the restaurant wasn’t busy during Valentine’s Day. 繼續閱讀
