We sat in the outdoor area. It rained suddenly so we requested to change a table indoor. However, they didn't arrange us to dine indoor even though there was an empty table ready when we paid the bill. We decided to leave earlier because the environment is terrible and we didn't know there was available indoor table. Thats why I was so angry when I found out there was an empty table indoor without customers waiting. This lack of consideration for customers comfort is extremely disappointing. The
The outdoor area is slippery, floor is full of water, raindrops drips in our dishes. Furthermore, it was unprofessional for the restaurant staff to be throwing out garbage while we were dining.
Long waiting time. They took at least 20mins to serve daily soup, unreasonable. Food is average, except its horrible long waiting time.
No proper apology, poor service and environment. We paid the same price but received worse service compared with indoor area.
We will never revisit this restaurant.
