It's the first working day after 4-day holiday. A breakfast is always a good start to a new day. This is a very simple sandwich with egg and luncheon meats.Luncheon meat is salty and there aren't much seasoning in the scrambled egg. The white bread is soft and the sandwich is hot and is not oily.
