Crystal Jade, known for its excellent Chinese cuisine however infamous for its terrible service. Me and my family were expecting to have a fine experience in the Crystal Jade however left disappointed.My grandfather who is disabled had to use the toilet, it took him some time to use the toilet and get out/back of his wheelchair. My grandfather who is disabled had to use the toilet, it took him some time to use the toilet and get out/back of his wheelchair. The workers asked my dad, who was sitting at the table waiting for us, to leave the table. When my grandfather got back, eating his food at his own slow pace due to his weak breathing system, the workers told us to leave again because “table time was up”.
It’s acceptable to ask customers to leave if customers are physically capable however asking a disabled person to hurry up eating just to simply earn more revenue is truly unacceptable and not the service any restaurant should offer.
Michelin restaurant, yes, but terrible, truly terrible service.
