I didn't plan to write any review until the last minute I was in this restaurant. It's about 10:30pm last night, my friend and I were actually wrapping up. However, a waitress (apparently she isn't a local. Short and skinny with dark skin and long hair) suddenly dropped some big stuff on the floor right in front of our table. Then she said to us and our neighbour table, "Haha sorry I'm also drunk." Then the manager came apologise but obviously he is with her as I didn't see mush sincerity. She
It's about 10:30pm last night, my friend and I were actually wrapping up. However, a waitress (apparently she isn't a local. Short and skinny with dark skin and long hair) suddenly dropped some big stuff on the floor right in front of our table. Then she said to us and our neighbour table, "Haha sorry I'm also drunk." Then the manager came apologise but obviously he is with her as I didn't see mush sincerity. She then explained that she must do this because her colleague who works morning shift doesn't know how to do this (some set-up). Then the manager repeated the same in Cantonese (my friend and I saw no point because we both understand English, even with that kind of accent).
First of all, it's not nice to move things in front of us but I understand sometimes they must do that. Second of all, I started to wonder if staff can drink till drunk while working in this restaurant? Or she's trying tease our neighbour table drinking all night? If so, I feel bad for them.
Sometimes I understand restaurant people finish work late but there is no need to kick guests out in such a rude way. She could actually come tell us to leave because her shift is done, in a polite and friendly manner. Anyhow, we loved this restaurant and were having good time there last night until this incident happened.
