Chose this restaurant for my birthday celebration with some expectation, but quite disappointed at the end. I booked the restaurant few days earlier through open rice, but I think walk-ins are totally fine because the restaurant offers quite a lot of seats and not many customers during weekdays. When I stepped in to ask the waitress after arrival, she arranged a table I preferred immediately but there’s another waiter who was quite rude and suddenly stopped me from walking in and let me wait in
Anyways, at the end we were settled. The environment was quite dark and private which I liked it a lot. The interior design was pretty fashionable. And most importantly, we enjoyed a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
We tried the signature dishes. Started with the fried soft shell crab salad, crunchy and fresh, mixed well with vinegar, spices, chili, peanuts and herbs🪴
But the other dishes were quite disappointing. The pho was very very salty, the beef slices were ok soft but with very blanch taste. The other main was lamb (I forget the name), and it tasted bitter and salty, I could barely recognise its lamb. And the restaurant offered the dishes all tgt within 10 mins…. I was like 🤔 🥲🥲🥲 Anyways, they set the price quite high (one good thing is the portion was big enough to share ) but the food quality really needed a lot of improvement.
