Got these parsnips from Eat East, all the water content has been drawn out hence they are a bit dehydrated when you re heat them in the microwave.The taste was sweet but the texture is slightly woody, so next time when I get these frozen products, I will probably let it thaw and then heat it in the microwave for 1 minute.
