Well, lucky that I finally got a table after so many tries. This lovely cosy little cafe always have a long queue during lunch hour. My friend and I ordered two set lunches. One set comes with a salad and a mushroom pasta and the other set includes pumkin soup and chili tomato Okra sauce spagetti. The pumpkin soup taste alright, it's sweet and not too thick but it's not very smooth as there are some stringy pumpkin strands in the soup, would of been nice if it was strained. Well, lucky that I finally got a table after so many tries. This lovely cosy little cafe always have a long queue during lunch hour. My friend and I ordered two set lunches. One set comes with a salad and a mushroom pasta and the other set includes pumkin soup and chili tomato Okra sauce spagetti. The pumpkin soup taste alright, it's sweet and not too thick but it's not very smooth as there are some stringy pumpkin strands in the soup, would of been nice if it was strained. For the spaghetti, the sauce is tasty and feel like mom's healthy cooking. Well, my friend told me her salad is fresh and yummy. We were surprised that they put a big chunk of avacado in it as its a more expensive food materials these days. Althoug she was not impressed by the mushroom pasta because of the small portion.
I want to mention that the service is not efficient at all. Although it's not a big place, we had to walk to the self serve counter three times to get the utentials because they refill it seperatly, and this was during lunch hour. I think if they just place the utentials along with the food on the tray like other semi self-serve places such as Delifrance or Oliver's, it would be much better, instead of people walking back and forth.
I probably will not try it again until the hype goes down a bit, but I hope their operation and service will be improved by then because the food was all right.
