Lee Tung Avenue has been sprouting up new cafes and restaurants here with something new opening almost every week. Tucked away in an area of Lee Tung Avenue, is La Bo La. It's a little away from all the bustle and noise found in Lee Tung Avenue but not hard to find. It's a quiet bar serving small Vietnamese style snacks. All good for a drink. And a much needed cooling down break from the heat outside.
Menu is in English only. There is no Chinese. Though staff do speak Chinese. We ordered a couple of drinks and had some snacking food.
Raspberry Mint Ice Tea ($58). Fresh from my trip to Canada, I've been drinking a lot of raspberry ice tea. I was still fresh off this addiction and ordered this. Ice cold but not enough raspberry and mint. It tasted like tea.
