1. 三文魚凍派沙律 (HKD78) ★★★☆☆
三文魚凍派沙律,沙律一點也不馬虎,新鮮的沙律菜伴上去皮的櫻桃番茄和芥末醬。想不到櫻桃番茄去了皮後,口感很新奇,咬下去外面軟軟的,裡面非常多汁,好吃。大廚自製的三文魚凍派,層層分明,吃起來非常滑口,配以餐廳新鮮焗烤的法式麵包,滋味無窮。
2. Semi-dried Cherry Tomato Homemade Fettuccine (HKD108) ★★★★☆
The pasta was tender with an intense flavour of the sweet slow-roasted cherry tomatoes and a spicy kick from the chilli oil, topped with freshly grated cheese. Delicious! Most of the time, I prefer creamy pasta, however, this pasta definitely put a smile on my face.
2. 油漬風乾櫻桃番茄手工寬條麵 (HKD108) ★★★★☆
油漬風乾櫻桃番茄手工寬條麵,慢煮過的櫻桃番茄很香甜,自家製的寬條麵煙韌彈牙、蛋味香濃,番茄醬汁隱約嚐到辣油的香味。
3. Carbonara (HKD128) ★★★★★
I love carbonara, and I love it even more when it's with fettuccine. Al dente fettuccine with bacon, champagne mushroom, tossed in egg and cheese goodness, topped with a sexy poached egg and a generous amount of shredded parmesan cheese! The only problem is the portion size as I only wanted more!
3. 卡邦尼亞 (HKD128) ★★★★★
一上桌就先看到義大利麵上面的帕瑪臣芝士山。炒過煙肉蘑菇後,加上煮好的麵條,關火後拌入芝士和雞蛋做成的醬汁。我非常愛吃卡邦尼亞,加上寬條麵⋯⋯嗯,我人生完滿了。
