This has become my favourite bakery for bread these days but their branches are quite remote.What makes this bakery special is that they use rice to make rice flour and the texture of the baked stuff is soft and chewy.My favourite was the cream cheese bun which looks like a big gyoza.Inside there is soft gooey cheese that tastes like liquid darylea cheese.The purple sweet potato was too sweet.The sweet potato was better because it was not so sweet and both had real sweet potatoes in it.+++++++++
