My GF and I went to Pirata for the HSBC Restaurant week for lunch. Let me start with the atmosphere, the atmosphere is great and comfortable. We were sat on the 29th floor window seats overlooking other nearby Skyscrapers. We were lucky having sat next to the cold buffet station where we can help ourselves with the cold meat and etc.There was a limited range of cold meat and salad in good quality. There was a limited range of cold meat and salad in good quality. During the day, they had 4 types of cold cuts, 1 salmon dish, and other salad available. Two things I have to put out is the mixed salad with prawns, carrots and celery, it tasted really good and fresh. The salmon was also really good.
The homemade meatballs cooked and tasted really well. I literally had to get some bread to finish tomato sauce as the combination went really well!
We order the seabass as it has to be shared by 2 people. One thing I’ve been seeing over and over with European style in fish baking, they all looked so dry but tasted really GOOD! The fish wasn’t too fishy and flavour are in both the fish itself and the potatoes.
Your ordinary chef – selection dessert. What else can I say, LOL.
Overall, the atmosphere is fantastic and the food was decent. Price is in an acceptable range. What more can you ask for!!!
