i never write reviews or complains but im just so annoyed at this shop that i feel like i need to express my anger. 3 out of 5 times, this place will forget to pack something in and make me go back and get it. sometimes its they forget the extra order of chicken wings or fries. this time, i asked for more ketchup, ended up not hving ketchup at all. sometimes the chicken comes tasteless, without much seasoning. so annoyed, i wish they can just pick up their slack!
