Ippudo has branches all over the world and they are quite successful in HK.I dine at Ippudo every now and then when they have something new.This time they had the ramen with clams .They use the thin ramen for this.You get a piece of chicken, slice of pork, half boiled egg, vegetables, egg and seaweed in the bowl. The soup and ramen were great but the only complaint was that the ramen didn't really absorb the broth so it wasn't that tasty.
