Standards for Ichiran’s classic ramen has always been held high, but it’s unfortunate that Ichiran’s standards have lowered on this occasion, serving up pork that was cold. Broth was flavoursome as always but it lacked warmth again, which is quite crucial to a satisfying bowl of ramen!
