Sando has been quite popular in HK, let’s checkout the ones from Silencio. 2) Chicken Karaage - crispy fried chicken with yuzu kosho, miso and burnt lime (appetiser). Rating 3/5
3) Chef’s Maki (appetiser). No surprises ….
4) George - kuro buta pork belly with sesame, kabu and apple $298 set lunch . Well prepared, juicy and tasty.
5) cheesecake, again no surprises.
