Poor Reservation service. I called the House of Jasmine in TST to reserve a table since it was a public holiday. Table confirmed and I was reminded my booking was 11:30am and I have to return the table before 1:00pm. I was a little late on that day, so I phoned the restaurant to hold the table because I will be 10 minutes late. Poor Reservation service. I called the House of Jasmine in TST to reserve a table since it was a public holiday. Table confirmed and I was reminded my booking was 11:30am and I have to return the table before 1:00pm. I was a little late on that day, so I phoned the restaurant to hold the table because I will be 10 minutes late. The reception lady on the phone talked to me in a poor manner and insist they could not do that. I was tryng to be polite to call them in the first place, just to let them know I was on the way. The lady from the restaurant was rude and told me they could not hold the table because she predicted I could not return the table to her on time! She even said that according to her experience, I could not finish the lunch so quick. I could not believe that conversation from the frontline staff of a restaurant in harbour city. That was a bad experience before I could try the food of the restaurant. It discourage my intention to try the restaurant and I also predict it would not be a good one. I can see that they don't really care who is talking on the phone and they don't think telephone manner is important for the restaurnat image. SAD!

At the end of the day, I went to another restaurant because I have too many other choices!
