Today we have a bad experience in a cafe situated at Western St. in Sai Ying Pun.We originally wanted to try their new promotion cake, but it was informed that it had not been started yet , and therefore we chose the other two cake set.The first thing we cannot accept was that we waited for a long time after we made our order , as they served a western family that came later first.When I asked about our order they just said "it is slicing" without any sense of apology.How come?!The order had bee
The first thing we cannot accept was that we waited for a long time after we made our order , as they served a western family that came later first.When I asked about our order they just said "it is slicing" without any sense of apology.How come?!The order had been made for almost 20 mins already...Does it really make sense to slice a cake for 20 mins?! And only they will served us a bottle of water after we asked for while waiting, or otherwise they will leave us waiting and waiting with nothing served!!!
Another trouble thing was that after we finished and paid the bill they need us to clear up the stuff (e.g.tissue)ourselves in a command manner.!!We feel disappointed since they never informed us when we took the table!! They should have informed us and let us know any rules at first if wanted us to do so, but they just ignored us and refused to do so.I was angry and really disappointed with their customer service performance!!
By the way, the cake was not bad in outlook but the taste was not such great for the 2 cakes we chosen.Please think before you make the choice to go or not!!
