Chicken Shish Tawook
I will simply and basically describe this dish as Chicken cube, grilled with skill and prefect timing. The chicken meal doesn't go too dry and hand but it is as it best stage of the taste in very smooth and freshly, juicy and good texture. Food Temperature doesn't harm the taste of chewing and you just eat at once. Good smell coming over around the dish all the way with 2 pieces of small potion pizza. It also tasty even it is not the same as western style. Side dish is kind of home made salad and it is definitely fresh and delicious. ( as describe, Grilled chicken cubes marinated in Yogurt, lemon and Garlio)
Lamb Skewers
It might look similar to chicken tawook, but when the taste coming into your tongue then it is totally another good story. Lamb cube, cooked with grill and I guess is around 70%done, and the tissue is fine, fresh and chewy, when it goes into mouth and it is still bouncing like. the good smell that lamb specially come with, it taste great and not bad with easy and attractive gesture, it is very recommend to try on the cooking skill and the quality of it taste. (describe as Lamb Cubes with spices and peppers on Charcoal)
Oriental rice
Since this is really impressive for the taste of rice. So I check it out further more. This rice is made by 7 different kind of herbs and they are from it's motherland. Although rice is pretty much the same but the chief made it totally different, it isn't sticky like Chinese or Japanese rice, but I think it is kind of chewing and little dry body.
This is almost impossible to express my feeling in words, not matter any language, but this is worth to taste and enjoy the experiences of foreign culture and food tradition.
