Spanish Style King Prawn with Toasts
8 pieces of crunchy shrimps served with deep-fried toasts. Instead of soaking the ingredients in olive oil as in Gambas al Ajillo, the prawns were prepared in a sauce with lots of garlic slices and chili.
Whole Chicken Stuffed with Apple Sauce
The sweetness of the vanilla honey sauce complimented the aromatic rosemary flavor of the chicken. Aromatic, juicy, very tender meat. Served with lots of greens.
King Prawn Spaghetti with Lobster Sauce
Huge fresh prawn topped with ikura. The spaghetti itself was rather starchy but still nicely cooked. Savory lobster sauce that wasn't too heavy. Well-plated.
Overall satisfying meal and unique experience. Big portions of food that were all served efficiently. The super friendly staff also treated us 2 shots ginger cocktail. Definitely worth visiting again.
