It has a funny chinese name (老鼠粉) but it actually is Silver needle noodles. It is short, about 5 cm long and 5 mm in diameter. It has a white semi-transparent colour. It was served on a extremely hot pot. And its cooked with some chilly oil, dried shrimps, dried fishes. Very delicious.Malaysian Milk Tea (Tea Tarik) is made with tea leaves placed in water just before it boils. Spices such as cardamom, cloves and ginger can be added together with the tea for added flavour. This  milk tea is smooth.
