Finally made an effort to eat at #肉餅哥 because of omnipork.Ideally the steamed omnipork with lotus root should have been ordered but I have already tried the panfried version at Kind Kitchen. There was also Chiuchow style and Sichuan style patties in the omnipork series.To be honest, it is better off ordering the steamed ones because they don't have the old oil pan fried taste which is worse if you order the meat version because more people eat meat so the oil is probably stronger as the oil is r

To be honest, it is better off ordering the steamed ones because they don't have the old oil pan fried taste which is worse if you order the meat version because more people eat meat so the oil is probably stronger as the oil is reused more often.
Anyway, the sweet and sour sauce was really good which complimented the omnipork patty very well and it was like eating pork patty without the smelliness.
