Came here earlier today for breakfast. Apparently, this place is in a new location (maybe just one block away from the old place?), but it looks pretty much the same on the inside, in terms of design.I think the prices haven’t changed too much, which is actually a surprised since quite a bit of time has passed since I last came. Like I said, the food is pretty much the same. I got grits, eggs and baked beans. The grits were pretty awful but that’s how it is most places. Eggs, biscuit was fine. I’m kind of curious how the biscuits are made. Bought from somewhere else? Very unlikely to be made in house. I got a decaf coffee that was also pretty average. I was given the wrong bill later at the end of breakfast, so the service is just average as well.
Overall, this place was just okay. I think it still has appeal cause it’s open 24 hours, and offers American style food, but the food isn’t great. In all honesty, it never was any good, so I’d say overall there hasn’t been much change.
