The service fluctuated quite a bit. The waiter looked upset when we prefer tap water as opposed to his recommended still or sparkling water. However big change in attitude when we decided to order wine. Atmosphere was trendy and you get a stunning view of the harbour but the food was really so-so for canton standard. Ordered : CHILLED FRESHLY RAZOR CLAMS - in which the flat noodles were totally undercooked. 48 HOURS SLOW-COOKED BEEF RIBS - which was so-so for something slow cooked- the beef wasn

48 HOURS SLOW-COOKED BEEF RIBS - which was so-so for something slow cooked- the beef wasn’t top quality
SMOKED CHICKEN WITH LONGJING TEA LEAVES - find it a bit weird and the chicken was too fat for my liking .
ICE CREAM WITH EGG CUSTARD CREAM DUMPLINGS - only thing I really recommended from what I ordered .
