The last piece of cake that I am going to try from Amber. The praline flavoured cream was sandwiched between two fluffy choux pastry. The pastry was light with a soft texture, it was surprisingly not as sweet as I expected. The smooth cream and the soft choux just made a fun and sexy dessert to share with your loved ones.
I really wish the Amber pop up shop is going to continue because it was so convenient for Central busy people to buy one to go before/after work!
