Nice food, shame about the service

I think we just caught them on a bad day. At first, we ordered 5 items, then the waiter says 2 items have sold out. Then 10 minutes later, a waitress comes over to say another item is sold out as well; it happens I guess...most popular items being sold out. Anyway, the food that came was nice. The Aloo Dum starter was nice. The meatballs didn't really have any flavour, just a little spice. Then we topped off with a 2084 burger, that was nice. But the service wasn't great. I think we just caught them on a bad day. At first, we ordered 5 items, then the waiter says 2 items have sold out. I raised my hand to place an order, which a waitress acknowledged. She then carries on walking and completely forgets to come back after 5 mins. When it was time to get the bill, the same waitress acknowledged and replied "sure, let me get it for you"... 5 mins later, I start to look around and she comes over again, asking "did you ask for the bill? or you've already paid?". It wasn't that busy either, but the wait time for the food was really long... >30mins. Somewhat strange service... but I guess we just caught the whole place on a bad day
