This is my first time here, together with 9 other friends for a farewell party. The place was huge with plush seatings and luxurious furnitures and lightings. Such a beautiful setting , sad to mention i can't say so for the food and service. Although the selection of food was wide and the price was somewhat reasonable (68 HKD set: main course, soup, drink, dessert), the quality of the food was best describe as average. only the pizza was worth eating. When ordering the drinks, we were told that

When ordering the drinks, we were told that all coconut and mango, red bean & milk tea category was not available. we were shocked as its only 8pm and the place wasn't even half-full. While my coffee arrived, it tasted horrible, so were the chocolate ice-blanded which should be the safest choice.
I have to agree with some of the reviews that they totally cant handle a big crowd, but hey, mine was only 10 people. They made so many mistakes and wasn't sure of the dishes themselves. seriously, we weren't trying to be difficult but i hope the management do trainning for these "new" servers. Overall. it was somewhat satisfactory, but i will seriously consider whether i will step in here again if not for my liking for lush and unique setting.
