Steamed scallops with garlic and glass vermicelli
As well as the lobster and cheese, the steamed scallops were really nice because they were fresh and springy with a sweet garlic taste from the finely chopped garlic.I purposely ate the glass vermicelli last so that it would absorb the scallop and garlic flavours.
