EXP is always very busy, luckily I ran there after getting off the mtr and I managed to get a table next to the ice rack. It was nice seeing all the little kids going around the ice rack but it was a bit cold. Me and my friend didn't need to look through the menu because we have our favourite items in this restaurant. My friend's penne Bolognese with egg arrived first. We mixed well before eating, it was very yummy. The egg was runny and smooth. The Bolognese was seasoned perfectly and the penne were soft and crunchy.
Malaysia chicken satay came next, the chicken was tender and smooth. It tasted so good with the peanut satay sauce.
My favourite soft shell crab salad arrived last. I really like the flavour of this salad. We can't really see the soft shell crab at first because they were hidden under the greens. The veggies were fresh and crunchy. I liked the dressing a lot because it was sour and spicy. The soft shell crab was crunchy and tasty, I wish they give me more!
