Usually I seldom eat Chinese dumplings becoz most of them are either too dry or made of too much flour, I went there on Monday by chance. The street is much less crowded but just next to the mtr station. So I didn't need to wait for a seat. And then I ordered wine-marinated chicken and noodles with dumplings of leek and pork. The texture of the chicken is firm enough, though the flavour of wine of the wine-marinated chicken was not enough for me. Becoz of some personal stuff, I ordered a takeaway for my noodles. It tastes much better than I expected. The flour and leek and pork are balanced. The texture of dumplings is springy yet firm. Will go there again to try other cuisines! btw the food is reasonably priced!
