To celebrate the birthday of a family member, we took this opportunity to dine at a steak house. The 4 of us are, as you know, gluttons so we went for the Tribeca set ($798) and Brooklyn set ($598). We were all taken aback by the portions and the quality of the appetisers, and were worried that we might not be able to finish everything given how much we ordered. At this point, we didn’t expect too much for the desserts anymore and our premonition was correct, the tiramisu tasted soaked and the cannoli didn’t deserve our praise either. We got the impression that the desserts had sat in the fridge for some time and it was too long for their quality to be upheld. The sets came with 6 drinks in total and we only tried the peach and green apple iced tea, they were just ok, nothing too special to comment on.
This is only a mediocre steakhouse and heed my advice that their dishes are not phenomenal.
