I realized that day I could enjoy a long lunch and I had been thinking to visit this restaurant here for a while already, and so I decided to go with my boyfriend.Service was good at first, but there was this inconvenience to me... I needed to visit the washroom, and as I followed the sign, I did not know that I had to go down the stairs and then door after door. Hmm... ok, fine.Back to the food quality. Appetizers we had were vegetable barley soup, and torched scallop carpaccio. Both were okay.

Back to the food quality. Appetizers we had were vegetable barley soup, and torched scallop carpaccio. Both were okay. The scallop was good, refreshing, but the sauce was a bit too salty.
We were both quite disappointed to the main. I had salmon “en papillote”. It’s baked salmon with crushed potato with crab meat, asparagus, and tomato relish. The salmon itself was a bit overcooked. The asparagus wasn’t well prepared I thought there were bones in it.
The Persian braised lamb shank tasted kinda strange too. And they didn’t ask how we would like our food to be done, so as a result... I think both my salmon and my boyfriend’s lamb were well done...
We raised our concern (about the overcooked salmon) to the server. He claimed he needed to ask the chef and came back with “that’s the way it is coz it’s from the oven.” Well... maybe it’s time for them to upgrade their oven.
Overall, I think there’s lots of room to improve here, and I hope it would be better next time I come.
